Just steps from Old Market Square—home to iconic events like the Fringe Festival and Nuit Blanche—you’ll be right at the center of Winnipeg’s vibrant culture and entertainment scene.

Check-in hours are from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-in strictly ends at 10:00 PM. Arrivals after this time are not guaranteed entry and will not be grounds for a refund.
This unit is located in a residential building and parties are strictly prohibited at all times.
The building is over 100 years old. While the unit has been thoughtfully renovated, sound can travel more easily than in newer constructions. This is typical of heritage buildings in Winnipeg.
Street parking is free on weekdays from 5:30 PM to 8:30 AM, two hours free on Saturdays, and free all day on Sundays and holidays. Paid lots are also nearby, and we recommend the “PayByPhone” app to pay or extend remotely. A 24/7 parking pass may be available for $14/day—please inquire for availability.
Out of respect for the residents, guests are expected to keep noise to a minimum at all times and observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM. No yelling, loud music, or disruptive behavior is permitted inside or outside the building.
There is zero tolerance for parties, excessive noise, or unregistered guests. Any noise complaints will result in a $300 charge, as fines are issued to us and disturbances impact building residents. The building has on-site security that patrols the halls and reports any disturbances. If a party or loud gathering is detected, security will notify us and guests will be asked to leave immediately.
If you plan to host a party or loud gathering, please do not book this unit. Violations will result in immediate eviction and fines.
This condo is intended for quiet, respectful enjoyment.
