The property is approximately 25 minutes from Winnipeg Richardson International Airport, with shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and major roadways all within easy reach. Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire private basement suite through a separate entrance, allowing you to come and go at your convenience. The suite is completely self-contained and includes a private bedroom, bathroom, living area, and kitchenette.
