🧣Shared Refrigerator: A compact red fridge/freezer is available for guests of Rooms 5 and 6. You can find it on your floor, adjacent to the laundry area.

• Penalty: Any odor or evidence of these substances will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
• Cleaning Fee: A mandatory $200–$250 deep cleaning charge will be applied to cover professional sanitization and odor removal.

✨ Cleanliness & Dining: We take pride in maintaining a clean environment and ask that you keep your room and all common areas tidy. To keep our linens fresh, eating in bed is strictly prohibited. Please use the desk and chair provided in your room, or the communal dining table on the main floor for all meals.

🚽 Washroom Etiquette: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the shared washroom for the comfort of all house inmates.

👟 Footwear: Shoes must be removed and left neatly in the shoe rack at the entrance.
