« This is a wonderful hotel. It is clean, well maintained and the staff is great. There area around is very safe and is a small town feel, yet close to Akron/Canton. »

« Clean bathroom. Great shower with needed grab bars. Nice bkfst variety. Evening check-in staff very friendly. Loved the comfort of the bed except could barely get into the bed due to being too high. Why so high? Short people were not considered. Bathroom needs a counter. No place to lay hygiene products. Overall a nice quiet stay. »

« I liked the room was clean and up to date, hotel didn't smelled bad. There was no free breakfast but they had some to purchase. »

« After we checked in, we tried to open the door to our room without success. The staff came up to our room to try to open our door, but could not do so. The staff then upgraded our room , made sure the door to our new room worked, and helped us bring our luggage into the room. The staff also recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Very much appreciated the staff's help. »

« Personnel gentil! Nous sommes des voyageurs qui étaient de passage dans cette région et nous avions choisi cet établissement pour la facilité d'accès près de la route! Ce n'était pas wow mais acceptable, seul point négatif était qu'il n'y avait plus de nourriture pour le déjeuner! Pour le reste ca va! »

« Terrible place to stay at, my pregnant wife and I with our 2 children left within 30 minutes and went to book a new hotel. Disgusting, unclean, and smelly. They said they would refund us through Expedia since that's where I booked it through, but are now refusing to pay, staying that there were no complaints from anyone or anything. Terrible place, don't waste your money here. »

« All the amenities listed were available. The hotel is very basic. If you’re looking for budget friendly with no expectations then this is your place. We just needed a place to sleep as we were in town for a swim meet. It was perfect for what we needed! »
