« The Apartment itself is OK. and the host was very friendly. However, it is listed as a two bedroom, two bath and while, technically, it is that, the second bedroom is very small and only has a single bed and the toilet in the second bathroom only flushed when it felt like it. To make matters worse there was a Queen Sized Mattress propped against the wall. The friends we were traveling with had to check into a hotel as two people simply couldn't sleep in the bed. While the flat itself was clean...

« Great location - right in the heart of all the parts of London we like to visit! Nice fully equipped kitchen, as well. Seamless check-in process. Unfortunate to find several broken furnishings, a non-working front door key fob, unappealing patio furniture and beds that were not King-sized (according to US standards). That said, the property managers were very helpful in attending to our needs and addressing things, hopefully for the next guests. »

« The property owners were great to work with. The pictures in the posting made the space seem much larger than it actually is. It was quite a tight space and there wasn't a great spot to dry our clothes. It was great that the apartment was right next to the underground but I didn't enjoy the surrounding area as much as I hoped. Next time we will stay in a more family friendly area like Covenant Garden »

« Let me first start by saying that the communication with the owner was fantastic. They responded to our needs very quickly, which was appreciated.The apartment is rundown. We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. It looks like the bathroom had been remodeled somewhat recently. The drain clogged in the shower, but they were quick to repair that.The space is OK. There are two twins or a king bed in one...

« It is hard to beat the location of The Leonard. Sitting on the edge of Marylebone and Mayfair, it's easy to get anywhere. The hop on hop off buses have a large stop two blocks away. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. It was a great home base for our London adventure. I would definitely stay there again. »
