Ski all day—or don’t.

Some guests can soak in the hot tub while others play golf. The kids can take over the bunk room and arcade while someone settles into the theater. One group can make dinner while another opens a bottle of wine. Later, everyone can come back together around the firepit for s’mores—or end up in the speakeasy singing karaoke under disco balls.

There are enough spaces to spread out, and enough reasons to come back together.

Thunderbird Lodge and its outdoor spaces are exclusively yours during your stay.

Guests have access to the house, porches, outdoor living areas, wellness amenities and nearly two acres of property.

The owners’ storage closets and mechanical/utility areas are locked and not accessible to guests.

★ IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES

Please review these policies before booking.

• Minimum booking age: 25
• Pets permitted with prior approval — see pet policy below
• No parties — a noise decibel meter is installed
• No shoes inside Thunderbird Lodge
• No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes anywhere inside Thunderbird Lodge. A $1,000 fee applies to violations.
• National holiday stays require a 3-night minimum

★ PET POLICY

• Maximum of 2 pets, each under 50 lbs
• $300 per pet, per stay; prior approval required
• No pets on beds, couches or other furniture, or in the hot tub, sauna or cold plunge
• Pets must be house-trained and crated when left unattended
• Keep pets leashed or in a carrier outdoors and clean up all waste
• Bring your own pet supplies; do not use guest towels or linens
• Guests are responsible for damage and extra cleaning; documented deep-cleanin
