Midways is a luxury 3 bed, 4 bath detached split level house just fifteen minutes walk from the centre of Bowness on Windermere. Modern and contemporary in style throughout, with Lake Views and beautiful outdoor living space with Hot Tub.

Midways is in a sought after area with views of Lake Windermere and the fells beyond, a perfect retreat in Bowness-on-Windermere.

Location:

Bowness-on-Windermere is a delightful village known for its vibrant atmosphere and stunning natural beauty. Nestled on the shores of Lake Windermere, it offers a variety of activities and attractions: Enjoy boating, kayaking, or paddleboarding on the lake, or explore the numerous hiking and cycling trails in the area. The village boasts charming shops, cosy cafes, and a range of restaurants and pubs offering delicious local cuisine.
Visit the World of Beatrix Potter Attraction, the Windermere Jetty Museum, or take a leisurely stroll through the beautiful gardens and parks.

‱Newly built, the house is split level, with the reception rooms on entrance level, along with one bedroom with en-suite. There is a bedroom on the lower floor and the Master bedroom is on the upper floor.

The property features an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area which is luxurious, modern and inviting, perfect for family gatherings and entertainment.

‱Beautiful dining area adjacent to the kitchen.
‱Living room with views of Lake Windermere, Smart TV and impressive inset Log Burner.

‱Bedroom one is off the entrance hallway and has king size bed and fitted wardrobe. En-suite shower room with walk-in shower, oversized rainfall shower head, basin, wc, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

‱Second bedroom is on the lower floor and has super king size bed, TV, wardrobe and a cosy nook to curl up and read a good book. En-suite shower room with walk-in shower, oversized rainfall shower head, basin, wc, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

‱Master bedroom is located on the first floor and is extremely spacious. There is a super king size bed, fitted wardrobe and bath adjacent to the bedroom with views of Lake Windermere. There is also an en-suite shower which doubles as a steam room, separate wc, basin, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

Outdoor Space:

‱The Hot Tub is reached just off the patio doors from the kitchen. A number of steps takes you down to the outdoor area where there is seating and views of Lake Windermere and the fells beyond offering a peaceful spot to enjoy the sun throughout the day.

Midways has it's own entrance and inside the front door, the space is all yours - private and secure.

Worried about parking? Don't be. You have private parking for 2 cars right outside the front door, so there's no need to fret about finding a parking space.

And when it comes to checking in, we've made it as simple as can be. Just use the key safe outside of the front door for self check-in and let your Lake District adventure begin!

For a change of scenery, Windermere village is a pleasant 20-minute walk, while Ambleside and Grasmere villages are just a short 15 and 25-minute drive away, respectively.

And there's no need to worry about parking - we've got you covered with private parking for 2 cars right outside the building. It's all designed to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible!

‱For the comfort of neighbours the hot tub should be used between 9am and 10pm.
