🔥 The wellness circuit
We designed the private spa yard to be experienced together. It`s a rhythm of heat, water, and rest that naturally strips away stress:

**The Heat:** Share the silence, or deep conversation, in the 2-person infrared sauna.
**The Refresh:** Not just a cold plunge. This tub (not jetted) features hot and cold taps so you can dial in your perfect temperature, from a cool 60° refresh to a steamy 100°+ soak.
**The Calm:** Dry off and sink into the shaded outdoor daybed beneath the pergola. Robes on. Wine in hand. Nowhere to be.
**The Unwind:** End the circuit by the fire pit, under dark Texas skies. No agenda. No schedule. Just the two of you.

Handcrafted details throughout: 2-inch wood slabs, cedar accents, copper finishes, soft ambient lighting. Double glass doors open the living space to your private yard. Plush king mattress with multiple pillow options. Freshly laundered linens, duvet cover, and towels for every stay.

🍽️ Kitchen + outdoor dining
We provide the tools; you bring the ingredients. Full kitchen with high-end appliances, quality cookware, nugget ice maker, and premium coffee setup. Outside: ceramic grill, dining area with misting fans (summer) and heaters (winter).

Full access to your private cabin and fully fenced spa yard. The 10-acre ranch has walking paths, but your wellness circuit and outdoor space are exclusively yours.

If needed, I`m only a message away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

The road leading to our property is a narrow, approximately ¾-mile stretch with chip seal and gravel, flanked by dense vegetation and trees on both sides. Neighboring properties range in size from 5 to 20 acres.
The main RR12 road is just 3 min away.

Hot/cold therapy plunge: Not a jetted spa or jacuzzi
We live in a fenced-in corner of the ranch and keep guest communication only through the app
The driveway is gravel; low-clearance vehicles work fine, no AWD or 4x4 needed
Verizon has decent signal; AT&T and T-Mobile are spotty. We offer free strong wifi
