Casa Colina's main living spaces are all on the ground floor, making it easy for guests to move and gather together. The chef's kitchen is the heart of the home, with two dining areas—one casual nook adjacent to the kitchen and a more formal dining space for the full group. The living area features a beautiful propane fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings in. Step outside and you'll find an incredible covered patio with a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and lower-level fireplace—your own private outdoor oasis.

Q: Is there a grill? A: Yes, and BBQ utensils and propane are provided.

Q: Do you provide firewood for the outdoor fireplace? A: We do not provide firewood, but you can easily pick up a bundle at the local HEB or Ace hardware in town.

Q: Is the pool heated?: A: The pool is not heated

Q: Are pets allowed? A: We absolutely adore pets, but we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home for this trip.

Q: Does the home have Air Conditioning (AC) and heat? A: Yes.

Q: What is the cancellation policy? A: The cancellation policy is unique to every reservation. Please review the terms on the website.

Q: What is the minimum age to book? A: 21 years of age

Q: Can I host an event or celebration at Casa Colina? A: Our property offers a beautiful setting for memorable events and retreats, and we love hosting them! All events require pre-approval and are subject to an event fee in addition to nightly accommodations — pricing is determined based on the size and scope of the event. Please reach out before booking to discuss your plans.



―THINGS TO KNOW - Please read before you book―

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. You will receive a code for keyless check 2 days before your arrival. We are only able to offer an early check in if there is not a booking before yours as it takes time for our cleaners to prepare and restock the home for each stay. For this reason, we are also not able to offer a late check out when we have guests checking in the same day.



GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT: We kindly ask all guests to sign a separate rental agreement after booking. This helps us protect both you and our property, making sure everything is in order for your stay. We’ve kept the agreement simple and straightforward, and we’re happy to answer any questions you might have about it.



CLEANLINESS: We put our heart and soul into ensuring the space is sparkling clean and ready for your stay! We invite you to make yourself at home and show our space the same love and care you would your own. Just a friendly heads-up, any cleaning beyond the ordinary might incur an extra charge.



MAINTENANCE: To ensure that the pool is always sparkling clean and the yard is beautifully maintained, we have regular pool and yard maintenance scheduled for the property. Please be aware that the schedule might take place during your stay. We do our best to minimize any disruption, so you can continue to enjoy your time here. Thank you for your understanding!



CHILDREN: The house is kid friendly, and we often enjoy the home with our own kids and family friends. Please use common sense with children around the pool and never let them swim unsupervised.



MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK: You must be at least 21 years of age to book at Casa Colina. A photo of your government ID is required after booking and we will require you to sign a rental agreement.



WELL & SEPTIC: Our home offers the charm of rural living with the convenience of proximity to local attractions. As we rely on well and septic systems, we gently remind guests to be mindful when using sinks and bathrooms. For those not accustomed to well water, you might occasionally notice a sulfur scent. Rest assured, this is completely harmless, and our installed filters and water softeners are designed to minimize any odors, although a hint of it may still linger at times.



MAX OCCUPANCY: Due to our home's reliance on well and septic systems, we must strictly adhere to a maximum occupancy of 12 guests.



CRITTERS: Our house is in the beautiful Texas countryside, and like many homeowners around here, we have regular pest control to keep critters and bugs at bay. However, every now and then, a few might sneak in. It's pretty rare, but we just wanted to give you a heads-up that it's part of country living!



INSURANCE: Given the unpredictable nature of our world, we strongly suggest considering travel insurance to safeguard against any unexpected events. Our cancellation policy is firmly in place, so insurance can offer you peace of mind and protection. For those exploring travel insurance options, InsureMyTrip and Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection are two providers you might look into. Please note, we don't have any direct ties or endorsements for these companies; we're just pointing out some avenues you might consider.
