Yarrow 2311 is a thoughtfully updated 1,287 sq. ft. condo that combines comfort and convenience in one of Jackson Hole's most desirable neighborhoods. With a bright, open floor plan, updated kitchen, and private deck, this retreat is designed for unwinding after a day in the mountains. Stretch out in the cozy living room after a day of adventure, or fire up the electric grill on the deck for an easy dinner outside. The remodeled kitchen features high-end appliances and modern finishes, while the dining area offers a welcoming spot to gather.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed and sofa, along with a beautifully remodeled ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom also feature a queen bed, making the condo a great fit for couples or small groups.

While this condo doesn't have air conditioning, the cool mountain air usually keeps things comfortable. For a little extra airflow, each bedroom has its own fan.

The Aspens neighborhood is perfectly situated between Grand Teton National Park and the town of Jackson. In the winter, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is only a 10-minute drive or a quick ride on the START Bus. In summer, the Granite Canyon entrance to the park is just five miles away. A market, coffee/bakery shop, and other conveniences are right at the neighborhood entrance, making it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay.

- Exterior security cameras are in use on the property.
- For your comfort and safety, the fireplace has been disabled, but the owners have added flickering electric candles on the hearth to create a warm, relaxing atmosphere.

Important Policies
- Pets are not permitted at Rendezvous Mountain Rentals short-term rental properties. Service dogs are allowed with prior notification and required paperwork
- Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Please contact our office for guidance
- Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and are subject to homeowner approval
- Motorcycles, Trailers, and RVs are not permitted in the Aspens
