This home is situated on a one-acre lot with a fenced-in back yard and large front yard. It is located on a quiet dirt road, so it's very safe for children and there is plenty of space to play with the large mowed yard. All new beds and recently remodeled. The garage will not be accessible. It is conveniently between Teton Village and the Town of Jackson. Near the bike path, minutes to local restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. This home features three bedrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to six guests. Long-term rentals are available.

Teton Village is a 5-minute drive and the Town of Jackson is a 12-minute drive. There is a bus stop at the nearby Calico Restaurant and the Aspen Market which is a 10-minute walk from the house. Walking distance to the Teton Pines Golf Course for convenient access during summer and winter. Grand Teton National Park is 15 minutes from the house. Calico and Sidewinders Restaurants are the closest restaurant for dinner, a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants in either Teton Village or the Town of Jackson. Persephone Coffee Shop, Aspen's Market, and Teton Pines Golf Course are minutes away by car or a 10-minute walk. The Town of Wilson is a 5-minute drive, there is Pearl Street Bagels (Coffee Shop), Wilson Backcountry Sports (Bike Shop), Nora's Restaurant (famous for their breakfast), and Hungry Jacks (a classic, local market).

The Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem’s abundance of wildlife is one of its main attractions. Our property is lucky to have more than the usual diversity of birds and other mammals, which is incredible to see. Please always give wild animals lots of space; bears, moose, deer, otters, chipmunks, squirrels, birds, and more inhabit our area.

Jackson Hole is a world-famous valley, home to Grand Teton National Park, the National Elk Refuge, and adjacent to Yellowstone National Park and the National Forest lands. Bordered by the magnificent Teton skyline, one of the most familiar images of the American West, the region abounds with activities and amenities every season of the year. In the summer and fall you can take a scenic or whitewater raft trip on the Snake River, hike through fields of wildflowers, fly fish for cutthroat trout, bike on hundreds of miles of pathways and trails, canoe, kayak, sail, paddle-board, swim, golf, tackle ropes courses and adventure parks; the list goes on!
In the winter and spring enjoy some of the world's best downhill skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Teton Village, Snow King Resort in town, and Grand Targhee Resort. The cross-country skiing is excellent, or you can snowmobile, dogsled, or visit the National Elk Refuge on a sleigh ride. The area boasts spas and natural hot springs. The National Museum of Wildlife Art is a treasure, Explore a wealth of art galleries, dine at wonderful restaurants, or attend cultural events such as plays, concerts, dance performances, festivals, and fairs.
