Thoughtfully designed for everything you need for a quiet, comfortable, and easy stay! Gather in the heart of the cottage, where a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar seating, comfortable lounge area, and 60" Smart TV make it easy to cook, relax, share a meal, and reconnect--just like home!

With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and all-new furnishings, the cottage is ideal for families, couples traveling together, UNCW visitors, wedding guests, girls' getaways, and friends exploring the Wilmington area.

A large new washer and dryer make longer stays easy, while the outdoor spaces give you even more room to enjoy coastal Carolina living. Sip your morning coffee on the welcoming veranda/front porch, or hang out on the spacious deck. Please note: the cottage shares a property with a main home, but parking, front porch and deck is your exclusive use. Privacy fencing is being added in October, as well as additional outdoor furniture and landscaping.
