Penthouse Ocean Front Resort

Your Wrightsville Beach vacation will be all about sun, fun and relaxation when you book the Nauti Dolphin. When you're craving a a leisurely stroll on the sand or plan to spend the whole day splashing in the waves or pool, just walk out your door and you are there.

This newly renovated and redecorated freshly painted condo features an amazing 8th flloor Penthouse ocean view, a large great room and 2 comfortable bedrooms that are sure to help you embrace the laid-back coastal lifestyle. The welcoming great room offers plenty of natural light, brand new electronic leather couch and reclinner chair with wireless phone charging, and a large 52" flat screen for binging on your favorite TV show. Cook up your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. There is plenty of seating in the adjoining dining area and additional seating at the kitchen counter if needed.

When it is time to turn in for the evening, a King Master Bedroom with Cable TV and an attached Master Bath that was just remodeled in 2021 is the perfect place to unwind. A separate bedroom is down the hall with a Queen bed and a twin bed with access to a separate full upgraded bathroom as well.

As you pull up, you will have two reserved parking spots where you can park your car for the entire visit and walk to restaurants, ice cream, coffee , clothing and grocery stores in downtwon Wrightsville Beach. You are across the street from Tower 7, South Beach Grill, Kohl's frozen custard, Trolley Stop, Vito's Pizzeria, 22 North and Jimmy's Bar.

Property was great. The condo was clean and ideal for our family of four. Access to the beach and pool were great. We found the location to be ideal for walking to shops, restaurants and more. We were blessed with great weather. My only suggestion is to provide a key fob instead of a key. It would have made going in and out of the property faster and easier. Not a big deal at all. I’d rent this again and again.

Amazing Vacation

We had such an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect! The condo was exactly as listed, clean, and the view was unbeatable. We loved being able to see the clear blue waters from the entire living space. We also loved having a pool and we ended up spending time in the pool almost every day. The beach is a close walk and it was so nice having a space to keep all our beach supplies down by the beach access. This condo complex has thought of everything! Linda was a great host and we will definitely be back!

Naughty Dolphin June 25

Very nice condo and the owner was incredibly accommodating. The place was very clean with the exception of the ceiling fans that could probably use a wipe down. The pool was so nice and the beach access was perfect. Everything in the unit worked and we had very few issues (broken bed frame that she fixed within 24 hours of checking in). Bonus was the other guests staying at the condo were so friendly. Would love to go back next year.

Beautiful location and view. Generally clean except ceiling fans covered in bugs and dust. Main concern is that the property manager did not honor our privacy on two separate occasions. The first incident occurred after we reported early on that one of the shower heads was broken and not usable. We also specifically asked not to be disturbed about this issue or to have anyone in maintenance or otherwise come inside our vrbo. Then 15 mins later they came inside our property anyway (while we weren’t there) which is not okay. We were then advised the shower was fixed when it was not. The second incident occurred on our last day when were also disturbed by a knock on our door 30-40 minutes before check out time to “make sure we were going to be ready to leave by 10am”. I’ve never heard of such a thing. Both of these situations were invasive and not appreciated. Overall good experience. definitely also recommend their be a set of beach towels and potentially some beach chairs or umbrella etc available for guests just as a courteous to make packing and life easier.

Awesome place in awesome location

The condo is super clean and very nicely updated. We loved the porch overlooking the beach.I didn't realize that the listed washer and dryer were not actually in the unit (maybe I missed that somewhere on the listing), but was disappointed about that. The laundry is actually a communal room on the floor and requires quarters. We ended up not using them as a result but definitely would have used them if they'd been in the unit.We found the TV a little hard to use. We tried logging in to one of our streaming services but the app wouldn't load on the TV. Netflix wouldn't work either. It wasn't a big deal though because we didn't spend much time watching TV.We LOVED that we could walk to restaurants, shops, ice cream, grocery store. We didn't use our car once!The pool and surrounding pool furniture is very nice. We loved that the pool has an old an school 8ft deep end.We had a little trouble figuring out where to go at check-in to find the lockbox but didn't take us too long.I was shocked how crowded the beach was but that's just my own ignorance probably since it was memorial day weekend. I really liked that the beach had lifeguards and emergency vehicles were there as well in case of emergency.Overall awesome place and we would definitely return!

You will not find a better condo on Wrightsville Beach!

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was in pristine condition and had the absolute best view of the beach. Some condos are over the pool...this one perfectly unobstructed views of the water. When it was windy on the sand, we sat for hours on our protected balcony looking down at the commoners and reveling in our penthouse! Haha. We didn't even want to leave for dinner. The pool is great as well, and we never had problems getting an elevator. Great kitchen and bath, very comfy king bed in the master, and the recliner...you may actually choose to sleep in it. It's one of those massive power recliners with 50 adjustable positions. Loved it! Can't say enough good. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom but plenty of coffee and lots of other "stuff" either left by the owner or other guests. I'd say that was a great trade. Grocery stores are super convenient, lots of great restaurants too. Hope to stay again!

Superb location/Stunning view

Had a wonderful stay at this top floor condo right across the bridge on the beach. Everything was sparkling clean, the kitchen was stocked with condiments and utensils-- and the view was magnificent. Linda was accessible and responsive, and we enjoyed ourselves so much we extended our stay. We will definitely be back.

Best Unit in Station One

Stayed at six different units in station one. All except for one were great. This one exceptional. No clutter, nice furniture, stocked kitchen and beautiful view on the top floor. Will def book here again as it really is a lovely rental. Owner was organized and quick to respond. 10+
