This apartment has been fully renovated from the studs up! The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials that you'll need to enjoy a breakfast or home cooked meal during your stay. The bedroom and living room are combined into one cozy living space. There's a comfortable couch for relaxing at the end of the night and a king size bed to ensure a good nights sleep. The full bathroom features beautiful, blue trimwork and a tiled walk in shower.
There's even a washer and dryer off the kitchen for use during your stay.

You'll be able to use the designated parking spot behind the house, so once you park your car you can start exploring downtown on foot! The apartment is walkable to all the great restaurants, shops, and bars that downtown Wilmington has to offer.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as a designated parking space in the gravel lot behind the house. We do have a locked closet for owner storage, but other than that you are able to use anything in the house. There are 5 other apartments in this house, but they all have a completely separate entrance. The only shared spaces are the backyard and parking areas.
