  • Gresham est le chalet de plage classique mis à jour que vous et votre famille recherchez! Cette merveilleuse unité a un porche spacieux qui s'étend sur toute la façade de la maison avec de nombreux sièges. Idéal pour se détendre après une longue journée sur la plage, ou pour commencer votre journée sur les chaises berçantes! À l'intérieur, vous disposiez d'un salon et salle à manger ouvert avec de nouveaux meubles, une grande télévision à écran plat et des sièges pour 4 personnes. Dans la cuisine, vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas, ainsi que des sièges supplémentaires pour 2.

    Il y a 3 chambres dans l'unité. Les deux premières chambres ont chacune des lits queen, une télévision à écran plat et ont accès à la grande salle de bain complète avec double vasque, lumière du ciel et grande douche à l'italienne. La troisième chambre a 1 lit double et 1 lit simple. La deuxième salle de bain complète se trouve dans le couloir en face de cette chambre. Il y a également une laveuse-sécheuse superposée à l'arrière de l'appareil pour votre commodité!

    Il y a une petite cour derrière la porte arrière qui est partagée avec l'unité inférieure. Il y a aussi une grande douche extérieure, idéale pour se rincer après la plage! Assurez-vous de réserver la maison Gresham aujourd'hui pour profiter de la vie à la plage!

Convenient to the beach and entertainment options. Pillows are very flat so bring your own. A nice touch would be curtains that block out the sun so sleeping later is an option. Clean and comfortable accommodations.

Perfect Beach Cottage

This was a great place to stay for our family of 6. We loved the classic beach cottage vibe. The front porch was a great oasis- perfect place to watch the rain, enjoy the sea breeze while reading, or just sit and enjoy the evening fresh air. The nostalgic cottage kitchen was well stocked. We loved having the outside shower too. Great location to the beach and pier. Only negative was trying to cool the cottage in the heat wave. The A/C would change back to 77 automatically and was hard to cool the last couple days.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Recently stayed 2 nights to spend Thanksgiving with family that live in Wrightsville Beach. Arrived early evening and had dinner out. Got back to take evening showers and discovered no hot water. Message sent via VRBO. No response. Left message with intracoastal. Next day was Thanksgiving. Called after hours intracoastal who got in touch with the owner. Owner called us to notify that plumber would be by “sooner than later”. No showers yet for any of us 5. Booked a house to have kitchen to prep Thanksgiving. Stove top workedPrepared food to take to family gathering and preheated oven. It reached Yelp desired and cold inside. No oven. Incredibly disappointing stay especially for price point. Plumber came 5pm and fixed hot water.

Just a short walk down to the beach, and we did that every morning and evening we were there.There were parties next door, which made for some late nights, but they did shut down around midnight. Considering the location, I'd almost expect that.Otherwise, I'd recommend this house to anyone staying at Wrightsville Beach.

Great location

I was thrilled with how close this cottage is to the beach — just a short walk! It’s great with three nice bedrooms and two great bathrooms. Pretty spacious with an open floor plan and a fun patio. However, the overall cleanliness wasn’t excellent — lots of dirty dishes put away in the drawers, not the cleanest kitchen (wasn’t swept well, oven/stove weren’t super clean, etc.) and patio furniture is very aged and rusty. Lots of dusty closets and some clutter all around. All this being said, it is a beach cottage and was perfectly good for our needs. We weren’t in the house much and loved how convenient it was to the beach and other activities in Wrightstville.

Great location, great porch, nice and bright

Overall we liked this property. The location and porch were amazing. Though squeaky, the beds were comfortable. It was nice, bright and cheery inside. But it did not feel very clean. We've stayed in older vacation homes that felt cleaner. Also, the kitchen was missing some basic utensils. Aside from the dishes, everything else (like pots & pans) was VERY old and in major need of being replaced. We ate in for all meals, so this was disappointing. Overall though, a nice stay!

Beach Fun!

We arrived with two small children, a 3 year old and a one year old. Slight adjustments were made to move some of the decorations. We loved the porch and spent lots of time there.The dryer broke, a small inconvenience with babies, but wind and sun worked well!

Beach Getaway at Gresham Cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Gresham Cottage. Our family has stayed there before and we loved the front porch with that awesome porch swing and rockers! We did notice some new decor which made it look very coastal. It was also nice to have towels and linens provided. I do think that the 2 full beds need to be queen size. They felt lumpy and the kids said not too comfy. We enjoyed our family time there and made lots of happy memories enjoying Wrightsville Beach.
