Great stay, Natasha is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to make you comfortable! She even lent me a blender. Loved the historic house, neighborhood, and little garden. Walking distance to almost everything! Perfect location. No hot tub on the property though, but there is a large bathtub.

Mom/daughter get away

My daughter and I stayed here as we came to visit my other daughter who moved here. The location was wonderful as we could walk downtown and through the neighborhoods of beautiful homes. Will definitely stay here again. Safe neighborhood and cozy/clean home.

Great getaway

We were in Wilmington for a concert at UNC-W, and this was a perfect spot for us. Beautiful neighborhood, wonderful spacious and comfortable property in a beautiful historic home. Natasha took great care of us. Easy walking to downtown Wilmington. On our list for a return visit.

Very warm and inviting!

The property was beautiful and cozy. Natasha was an awesome host who kept us informed about the air conditioning repairmen working outside in. She even gave me a birthday card and a gift which was really sweet. I loved it there, I will definitely book this place again in the near future!

Quant, quiet and close to fun downtown excitement

Gorgeous gem a few blocks from downtown. Comfortable, clean and adorable apartment in historical section of town. 3 blocks from many restaurants, bars, and river walks. My husband and I enjoyed our trip to Wilmington and would recommend this listing!

This unit is in a great location in the historic district. The kitchen seemed well stocked, but we didn't do any cooking. The air conditioning had obviously had a problem, and a temporary arrangement of room units and fans was set up. It kept us cool but was a bit noisy. The wifi instructions given in vrbo were wrong, but a sign in the apartment was correct. Natalie gave me very detailed information by phone covering finding the location, parking and house rules. Check in and out were easy.

Amazing Downtown Location!

This place cannot be overstated. It's in the perfect spot by the waterfront. You're far enough away that it's nice and quiet, but still close enough that you can walk to everything! We only used our car to take us to a wedding in Wrightsville Beach. The place is really nice with an ideal mix of historic and contemporary. The windows look like they're still original and are really cool. The kitchen is updated and is all modern. Massive TV to relax in front of at night. Natasha, the host, is also very accommodating. She's so sweet, and makes sure everything you could possibly need is ready and waiting for your arrival

Relaxing Stay!

We enjoyed a very relaxing time as the location was quiet but a few minutes walk away from restaurants, bars, and the riverfront. Our space was extremely comfortable, clean and equipped very well. We highly recommend!

The apartment was immaculate. Close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy. Driveway is narrow if you have a wide vehicle, we had an SUV and fit just fine.

We had a wonderful time for the festival in downtown Wilmington. The location was perfect to walk to the festival. The apt had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Very spacious and nice for the two of us!

Wilmington Historic District

Property was as depicted. Although it is an historic property it has been nicely updated and appointed. It sits on the back side of the house with a side porch so was quiet. Short walk through beautiful historic homes to downtown Wilmington and the River Walk. A good amount of room with all necessary amenities. Super communication with the property manager. One small warning. Where I parked under the trees in the back was full of birds. I had to wash my car both days because they targeted me quite thoroughly. You may consider asking the property manager if there are other parking options. However, everything else was great.
