  • Le summum du luxe! Maison unifamiliale contemporaine offrant 2 suites de maître chacune avec sa propre baignoire jacuzzi. Le premier étage a accès au garage et au hall inférieur. Au deuxième étage, vous trouverez tous les espaces de vie. Il y a un grand salon, idéal pour une soirée cinéma en famille. Vous avez également la salle à manger, parfaite pour tous vos dîners en famille. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour préparer le dîner ensemble, et il y a des sièges de bar dans la cuisine pour plus d'espace! Il y a aussi une grande véranda grillagée, ainsi que des sièges de balcon ouvert. À ce niveau se trouve également la première suite parentale avec une grande salle de bain privée, y compris une baignoire jacuzzi.

    A l'étage, vous avez les 3 autres chambres. Deux chambres d'hôtes ont chacune deux lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi un lit double avec un lit gigogne situé dans l'alcôve au-dessus des escaliers. La deuxième suite parentale dispose également d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bain complète avec baignoire jacuzzi. Il y a aussi un balcon avant, parfait pour profiter de la brise du soir ou d'une tasse de café le matin.

    Situé sur le côté sonore de la plage à l'extrémité nord de l'île. Il y a une jetée privée et un quai pour un petit bateau ou jet ski. Terrasses spacieuses et moustiquaire sous véranda. Couchers de soleil sensationnels. Accès à la plage à proximité.

The cleaning staff came after our arrival so it was definitely not clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the view of the sound, the dock and the screened porch. The house is very well equipped and has a great layout for 2 families. We did have water issues with gray water and grit in the tubs when the hot water was used and this was a problem throughout the week. Bathroom plumbing needs to be updated...downstairs master shower was basically a trickle and the temperature was hard to regulate. Overall, the house is clean and has been maintained. Updating is needed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location overlooking the waterway. It's a great place from which to go paddle boarding and kayaking when the tide is up. It's also an easy walk to the beach. However, the "sleeps 10" is a bit misleading as the sofa bed in the loft really is not good for 2 people and one of the children had to sleep on an air mattress in the large walk in closet. It is also frustrating that although it "sleeps 10" the table only seats 6 and we brought a card table and extra folding chairs so that we can all eat dinner together. The decor is lovely and the place is bright and cheery but the DVD player did not work.

Wonderful getaway for a group

Roomy for eight with a little daybed alcove if someone needs their own space. Terrific bathrooms and a half bath on the first floor. Well supplied kitchen and an extra fridge downstairs for overflow. And the long pier reaches out to the bird-filled marsh. The. house is clean and linens supplied. We couldn’t be happier.

It was a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach; the beach wagon helped a lot. We enjoyed the option of screened vs sun decks. We had a wonderful vacation!

The home is beautifully appointed, roomy enough for 8-9 adults, well supplied in the kitchen, and situated on the sound and a quick walk across the street to the sugar sand beach. IntraCoastal was very responsive to a request during our stay. We would rent this lovely home again.

All was fine with the exception of the tv and Internet service. Each tv requires a couple of remotes and a page of instructions to turn it on. This year the internet service was so slow that we had to go to Panera to get a connection to use for work. Other than the tech stuff, everything was wonderful.

The property has been well kept and if feels like a home - not just a sterile rental property. Last time we used the kayaks. We expected them again so it was disappointing to see them chained up. Otherwise very nice stay.
