  • Cette unité située au dernier étage de Duneridge Resort, le premier complexe de Wrightsville en bord de mer, offre les meilleures vues sur la plage.

    Joliment décoré et entretenu avec amour, cet appareil a été récemment mis à jour et continue de plaire à ses nombreux clients assidus. Cette unité a la meilleure vue sur la plage de Wrightsville. Vous pouvez voir toutes les plages de Wrightsville, Shell Island et la figure huit. Il y a un coin petit-déjeuner qui surveille l'océan et les marais. Profitez d'un film dans le grand salon avec beaucoup de sièges pour la famille d'accueil. La chambre principale a une grande salle de bain privée et vue sur l'océan. Les deux chambres d'hôtes côté marais ont un lit queen et deux jumeaux. Ces chambres partagent une salle de bain complète.

    Le balcon surdimensionné en bord de mer est idéal pour le café du matin ou pour profiter de la brise du soir. Faites un plongeon dans la piscine située au centre. Se sentir actif? Unbelievable view of the ocean and marsh. Home was very comfortable and clean when we arrived. Supplies in the house were well thought out and numerous. Please replace the dishwasher racks - they are rusted. The best part of the home is the outside porch overlooking the ocean. Truly amazing

Enjoyed it all

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The views couldn't be beat and the location is very nice. The unit is as advertised and will hold a lasting memory for all of us as we got to watch our son propose to his then girlfriend on the beach with us on the balcony!

It is a great location, perfect view, but each year I am more disappointed in the cleanliness. This year the comforters were stained, cobwebs, dirty screens, wasp nest outside patio...I was disappointed as Duneridge usually has higher standards. Made our 2 families discuss other options for next year

The property was clean and well-appointed.On arriving Saturday we noted two issues - the ice maker was not functional and the dishwasher was unanchored in its cabinet, so that when the lower dish rack was pulled forward, the unit would tilt forward, out from its cabinet, leading us to conclude that the plumbing connections might also be loose, rendering the unit unusable. I phoned these in to the office on Sunday, and received assurances that these would be addressed. I called again Monday and Tuesday, and received a call on Tuesday indicating that work orders had been let, but either issue was ever addressed.Washing dishes by hand and buying ice every day while on vacation was not fun.

Lots to do in the area and it's easy to get around to all the major attractions including downtown. Intracoastal Realty is a terrific organization to work with for vacation rentals with lots of properties to choose from and a very knowledgeable and hard working staff.

Thanksgiving Holiday

Million dollar views but this property is definitely in need of a deep cleaning and updating. Cabinets, floors, counters are all sticky. Old furnishings, bedding etc should be updated.

The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The management company did a poor job of checking the unit before we arrived as light bulbs were missing there were cob webs and dead bugs around the windows. This is a beautiful unit with an awesome view and we will come back again!

Best Condo Views in WB But Not Safe During COVID-19

We had a lovely stay with two issues that any other renter should about. The 4th floor condo had views all the way from Johnny Mercer pier to Topsail. It was convenient, clean, and well stocked although the furniture is worn, faded, and dated. I mean mid-'80s dated! Two major issues though. First and foremost, the woman manning the check-in is not wearing a mask and seemed rather insulted when I asked her about this. There was no hand sanitizer or signs asking people to keep their distance. She interacts with renters from all over and IS NOT FOLLOWING REGULATIONS DURING COVID-19. It says a lot about Intercoastal that they do not have a policy about keeping their clients or staff safe. The other issue is that the seals are broken on numerous windows in the unit and you can't see out of them. I would not rent this unit again until these two issues are fixed.

Oceanside condo

Ample living and bedroom space made the layout really great for our group. We had a great time and the management was lovely to work with. The condo had pretty much everything we needed! A few call outs: - one of the beds (the queen) was very uncomfortable - we didn’t think the water was drinkable so bought our own jugs - small TVs if you like watching - didn’t matter to us as we were mainly outside!

Vacation at Duneridge-2412

Elevator broken for 2 days-problem when your unit is on 4th floor. 2.Sliding glass door would not always close. handle on top drawer in Master bedroom. 4.Very strong sulfur levels in water-worst we have ever experienced.

Incredible view from the balcony. We lucked out with a quiet week. Downsides:sulphur water; unit could use a filter. Carpet is worn and could be replaced. Bit of a hike to the pool and beach. We would go again nonetheless. Visit the USS North Carolina if you're a historybuff.
