« The view was great & it is very close to all the riverfront action. Parking was 1 block away, but worked fine. It has a fridge & stove which can help save $ on the food bill. There's some noise coming up from the street, but we used a white noise sound app & noise did not bother us. Only issue was the bed; pretty darn firm for our tastes. I'd stay again & take some foam pad for the bed. »

« This apartment in Wilmington is extremely convenient and walkable to all the wonderful sites, shops, and restaurants in downtown Wilmington and is only blocks from the riverfront. We never had to use our car and parking was free and adjacent. The room was as described, clean and stocked. A separate sitting room and porch complete with rockers was a bonus. When we mistakenly left a personal item, the host retrieved it and mailed it to us promptly at no additional cost. We will definitely stay...

« The property location was very convenient and it had private beach access. Check-in and out was simple. The condo was very clean and tidy. It needs some minor updating and maintenance. We didn’t realize this was a third floor condo until we arrived. There is no elevator, so it won’t be accessible for anyone with limited mobility or who cannot climb stairs. The parking was a bit tight especially for large vehicles like full size trucks and SUVs. Finally, we had a lovely time and would stay here...

« I really enjoyed our stay and had no issues. The place was clean and the master bedroom shower is phenomenal! There was 7 of us and we felt we had olenty of space. It was perfect for our gug that hight in Wilmington, had we gotten a hotel we wouldn't have been able to sit and talk with each other comfortably. My only complaint was that we couldn't get an earlier check in or later check out. Though the property owner tried it was based on the cleaning schedule. But still 5 star review! »

« We emailed and ask about the pool and where it was located due to having a key in the room and NEVER a response during the whole trip and still not a response to this day! « This listing very accurately describes the rental. View is amazing and owner very responsive. Kitchen faucet broke during our stay and owner responded immediately and had someone out the next day to fix. Carpets in the common area could use a good cleaning as they feel as if they are covered in sunscreen. Also closet in the master bedroom full of storage (chairs, lamps, etc) makes it hard to hang clothes during stay but plenty of dresser storage Did see a large water bug on our last night but...

« The condo was beautiful and within walking distance to boardwalk. The view was wonderful and beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had and it was a slight one was the parking. You have to park 2 cars deep. So either you are blocking someone else in or they are blocking you in. Spectacular Views of the marina, walking distance to some great restaurants, and also took in a concert which was walking distance. Super clean, very safe, and spent most of the time on the upstairs covered deck gazing at the water. Never turned a tv on the entire stay. »
