Le premier accueil fut très sympathique. Découverte de la chambre qui était plutôt conforme a la description. Cependant salle de bain minuscule est obsolète. Pas de porte entre la salle de bain et la chambre. L'isolation phonique est inexistante. Vous entendez les voisins parler ou aller au wc et c'est encore pire avec le couloir et la rue. La nourriture est bas de gamme et me fait penser a un tout inclus low cost. Longue attente pour rentrer dans l'espace petit déjeuné. Assiette non terminée et pourtant déjà débarrassée. J'ai eu le malheur de demander une bouteille d'eau a l'accueil...réponse très froide "on en donne qu'une seule fois a l'arrivée". La piscine est assez grande et chauffée. Pour le prix payer je ne remettrais jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel

Everything was nice. The security guy Carlos ( I think) was cool and I felt safe with him being there. They don’t play about security. My only concern was the A/C froze and I slept all night without any A/C. I thought maybe the host would have accommodated me but nothing was ever said or done. There should be instructions if you have a problem with the A/C. I was out at the convention mostly. Oh and the kitchen sink clogged up, but I wasn’t using it as much so once I reported it to the hostess, both were fixed expeditiously. Becky was cool- the hostess, the security was cool, the neighbors were cool, the setup was cool. Also, there’s no bedroom television but for some ppl may not be a thing. Other than that everything else was good. I enjoy the convention and my stay.
