« Everything went very smoothly with my check in and stay! The house was very clean and everything was nicely labeled and organized. They had everything I could possibly need while there. The area was very quiet but a quick drive to places in Willow Creek. The back patio was a real plus! »

« The property was listed with photos of coast cliff, beach dinner, and sunset beach walk! But none of these are part of the ADU! We are booking based on the coast property that can see the ocean or bay but it ends up with a non-refundable booking within the town of a busy street. Traffic noise in night time and early morning. Bed is so soft. For the same price, we were picking between an ocean facing hotel and the “cliff+beach side” ADU. Big mistakes! Host should remove those three unrelated...

« Stayed in this lovely studio for two nights, while exploring the area.Such a comfortable stay, everything we needed to enjoy our trip to Humboldt.Location was great, easy walking around the town of Arcata and to the Marshes.Having the Co-op nearby was a big bonus. Even though we were there Friday and Saturday the place was wonderfully peaceful.The studio is thoughtfully decorated, and we were glad of the fan during the warm spell. Amy was a wonderful and attentive host.Will definitely be back! »

« Not disclosing the availability of the driveway was a problem. I see why it’s not available but loading and unloading up that very steep driveway was difficult. Also, a floor plan of the property on the listing to understand adjacencies would have been very useful for planning purposes. The amenities of the house were very nice and much appreciated. Quantity and quality of cooking equipment was excellent. Coffee and tea service was outstanding! I would recommend this property »

« This home is an absolute gem in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood! It’s a fantastic mix of antique charm and modern conveniences. The location is superb — a perfect jumping off point to Eureka, Ferndale, and the Redwood National and State Parks. The Humboldt Community Forest trails are just a few steps off the backyard. My kids loved the basketball hoop! We feel so lucky this listing was available for our trip, and we would book again in a heartbeat. »
