The Space:

Blue Skies Retro Resort brings everyone together while giving each guest their own place to retreat. Five reissued 1961 Shasta trailers surround inviting outdoor gathering spaces, combining the character of a vintage camper getaway with the comfort of dedicated private bathrooms.

The resort includes five separate Shasta trailers, each with:

• Its own private yard and outdoor patio

• An interior half bathroom

• A dedicated detached full bathroom reserved exclusively for that trailer

• An outdoor shower

• The separate trailer setup lets your group enjoy time together with individual spaces to unwind at the end of the day.

From slow mornings with a favorite record to evenings spent catching up beneath the Texas sky, Blue Skies makes space for the moments you came away to enjoy. This is a vintage-style glamping experience with compact trailer interiors and separate bathroom facilities.



→ Each Shasta has an interior half bathroom. Its dedicated full bathroom is detached, so guests will need to step outside to access it.

→ The swimming pool and pavilion are shared among members of your reservation and are exclusive to your group during an entire-resort stay.

→ The countryside setting means you may encounter insects and local wildlife.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to all five Shasta trailers, their corresponding private bathroom suites and outdoor showers, the swimming pool, covered pavilion, outdoor fireplace, private and communal patios, and on-site parking.



The Neighborhood:

Blue Skies Retro Resort sits in the rural Willow City area near Fredericksburg, surrounded by open farmland and Hill Country scenery. Spend your days visiting wineries, browsing downtown shops, or exploring Enchanted Rock before returning to a quieter country setting. This property has neighbors, and we ask all guests to be respectful of neighboring spaces, quiet hours, and parking.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring Fredericksburg, nearby wineries, restaurants, and Hill Country attractions. Uber is now available out of Fredericksburg as well as transportation businesses in Fredericksburg that can assist with wine tours, etc.



On-site parking is available. Ask us for party bus or wine tour recommendations!



Other Things to Note:

• Security Cameras: For guest and property safety, exterior security cameras may be in use at this property. Cameras are located outside only and do not monitor interior spaces.

• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down to respect our neighbors.

• Age: All guests must be 21+ with the exception of children with their parents.

• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the dumpster along the far side of the property outside the white fence by the old school house.

• Pets: No Pets Allowed: Please note that any pets brought onto the property without prior approval will incur an unauthorized pet fee of $500 per pet.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge $25 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

• Pool Freeze Protection Notice Please be advised that when outdoor temperatures drop below 50°F, the pools will automatically enter freeze mode. During this time, pool heaters will not be operational to protect the equipment from damage.

• Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden inside all campers and restrooms, please ensure all trash is properly disposed of.

• We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not signed. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager Guesty.

• We can host a maximum of 13 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. We understand that last-minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however, we are required to uphold our owners' cancellation policies to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in the business. Please book responsibly and we appreciate your understanding.

• Please note that we’re using a small camper refrigerator, which can take several hours to cool, especially if it’s fully stocked.

• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. A NoiseAware noise monitoring device is used to monitor external decibel (DB) levels as outlined per City/County Ordinance.



Interaction with Guests:

Guest will receive detailed communication after booking including directions, digital manual, and recommendations. We also utilize a smart lock with automated codes, but we have a great team available 24/7 who can assist should anything come up! All communication should stay in the Airbnb messaging feature before and during stay
