« The Good:1. Comfortable & Cozy: The beds are excellent, especially in the main bedroom. Perfect atmosphere for fall and winter stays with generally good privacy.2. Beautiful Farm Setting: Beautiful gazebo on the property with friendly resident cat and dog.3. Great Nearby Dining: Excellent restaurant options in the area. « Ben’s place was very cozy and comfortable. The location was great. Close to UConn and in a pretty area. The set up was great with a very comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, lots of hot water. The owner also freshly ground our coffee. The only downside was the sounds from the owners main house above-footsteps, voices… all normal but hard to ignore-sound proofing would go a long way. Good stay overall. »

« When we arrived the property owner told us he rented out to someone else. We already paid for two nights. We had to find somewhere else to stay at 8 pm. Not happy and will never use this service again. »
