The house is fully stocked, very clean, beds were comfortable. Game room was a huge hit-location is beautiful but there is not alot to do in the area, Wal mart close by, all 8 acres is not accessible, over all a great experience and we would stay there again if we ever went back. Host replied quickly and was never nice.

Wonderful stay! It felt like we were coming home, not just to a rental. The Barndo was clean, roomy, and comfortable. It was close enough to restaurants and a Wal-Mart, but secluded enough to have peace and quiet. A quick drive to the Ark, and a drivable distance for the Creation Museum and Cincinnati activities. Would definitely recommend!

Everything about Bluegrass Barndo was over the top! It met and exceeded our expectations more than we could say. The garage conversion was a huge bonus for us and the grand and great grandkids as the weather was cold and wet. The BBQ was clean and properly functioning and we cooked one night chicken and steaks and it worked very well and actually had propane which has been rare for former rentals and was a very nice surprise. it was easy to find with great directions given and welcoming when we came in with a wow factor. the kitchen and dishes were just wow with the seasonings and all with virtually new dishes, plates, appliances, and everything was top notch. Thanks for a lot of coffee pods we never ran out. The sheets, towels, washcloths, and everything was top notch and my wife and i had never slept in such a comfortable bed ever! We both slept over 8 hours a night every night and woke up rested. We almost did not want to get out of the bed every morning. We would give this place a 10 rating if it would go that hi. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home. We will have to come back again and visit family again just to stay in your wonderful Bluegrass Bando again!Tom and Susan

This is such a gorgeous property!! We loved the scenery out back also. The amenities were nice. It was clean, well taken care of and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the living room couch was cozy. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Thank you!!

This house was excellent. Lots of activities for the kids and adults.Very clean and lots of room.The host thought of everything--large sizes of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, paper products, laundry supplies, placemats and utensils for the kids and even phone chargers in every bedroom. ITS TRULY HOME AWAY FROM HOME. If we return to the area, definitely will be back.

KY stay

We stayed at this property for 6 nights and found it to be just as described. The home and grounds provided everything we needed for our stay.The only issue we encountered was upon arrival (on Father's Day), when our teens noticed springtails on the bunkbeds in the king bedroom (later in the week, they also appeared in the queen bedroom bunkbeds as well). We reached out to the owner, who responded quickly and offered to change the sheets or send her cleaner again. We decided to wash them ourselves. The owner also mentioned that pest control would be contacted, but unfortunately, they didn’t arrive until Friday—just a day before our departure. The owner did refund our cleaning fee. Overall, we had an okay stay and appreciated the responsiveness of the host.

Spacious and roomy

With 2 kids and 4 Adults we had plenty of room to move around without being on top of each other. Games and game room were a great thing for our family. Tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed for meal preparation and cooking.

Kentucky Hideaway

The Bluegrass Barndo was a wonderful hideaway for our family. This place is a must if your in the Williamstown area. The house exceeded our expectations from the spacious open concept kitchen/living area to the large bathrooms and game room. The bedrooms were so comfortable and the teenagers loved the overhead bunk beds. There was ladderball, cornhole, darts, Uno and yes our kids get competitive! Needless to say if you book this house for you getaway you wont be disappointed.

Warm and Cozy Barndo

The location of the house is in the country, but you are within 7 miles to Restraunt, Gas and Wal-Mart among others. You are only 15 minutes from The Ark and a short ride to The Creation . The Barndo is Beautiful! Looking at it from the road is deceiving. You walk in and it is Big and beautiful. The kitchen has everything you would need. It also has a big island which would seat a lot of people. The Livingroom is open and says sit down and relax. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable. The Bonus wing is amazing and if it is raining that is the room to open the windows and Barndoor and have fun. Weather you want to hear the rain or watch tv while the kids play games. It is just an inviting open space well decorated to hang out in. As you can tell we loved it!

Great property and house!

The house was even better than the pictures! The game room area was perfect for our family, even though it was in the 20-30’s outside they had overhead heaters to warm ya up! The bunk-beds were a huge hit for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need and then some! They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms - which was a great surprise!!We will definitely stay here again when we come visit family.

Oasis in Northern KY

The Barndo was just what we needed! My dog and I needed a place to stay near a Nosework trial site, and this was perfect. We slept well and were relaxed for our competition. Jennifer replied quickly to inquiries. The Barndo is so clean and inviting.

Bluegrass Barndo Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the barndo. The location was perfect for our trip and the amenities were great. We were a little surprised that the yard was so overgrown and in need of attention. There seems to be an issue with the dryer vent. It may need to be cleaned out. The ice dispenser on the refrigerator was not working. Overall, the property met our needs well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful home to stay in with family and our small dog .,The home was stocked with all you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. Everything clean and organized close to The Ark and just 45 minute drive to the Creation Museum . Great place to go and relax . You will not be disappointed if you stay here .

We loved the beautiful countryside and enjoyed the spacious home. It was clean and well appointed. As a senior, I’m used to my bed at home, so I wish the bed I slept in had been softer (maybe a good memory foam topper) but that is a personal preference. Otherwise, it was perfect!!!
