I love it, the kids love it and let me tell you about the excellent type of customer service.You can expect; They serve breakfast and I love their sausage gravy and biscuit.But the chain I came to this time only serves it on Tuesday, the staff member overheard me saying something about it.And made some specifically for us.😍. Wonderful. This stay was with Hilton Express Lightfoot in Va. The entire staff deserves a specific shout out. »

« Hôtel pour 2 nuits pour aller a Busch Gardens et Water Country USA. Nous n'étions dans la chambre que pour dormir. Correct pour le prix payé, propre, télévision avec un grand choix de chaînes et la climatisation fonctionnait. Par contre, je n’y séjournerais pas pour le plaisir d’y être. Cet hôtel a grandement besoin de rénovations. Pour les mêmes besoins et au même prix, on y retournerait certainement!! »

« pool not open. Air conditioning was too cold. The first room they offered us was so mildewed the lampshades had black stains. The base of the lamps were rusting. The entire room was. covered inn cigarette smoke film. The. next room was occupied by someone else. In the last room we found a huge lint ball on the floor. TV did work. Could not call front desk since the phone was dead. The clock and lamp on the bedside table were not connected to the one socket since the extension cord was 4...

« We were reluctant to make reservations because of the very few reviews. We are sure glad we did. It is newly renovated and has only been open a few days. Room was clean and large. Many shops nearby. Very friendly staff. And the price was about half that of other hotels nearby. Can’t recommend it highly enough. »

« I decided to do a one day vacay the property was extremely beautiful. Deborah checked she was wonderful. Room was clean pools were great, food good. After checking out the following day went to the restaurant to get a quick bite before heading home lol I only wanted a side of bacon and water. I asked a young lady could she let someone know that there are customers waiting. She says to she’s coming she the only person working. I said okay I do not think she knows people are out here. « The stay was good, the breakfast package is a bit misleading. It's just buffet style. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. The shower and water pressure was outstanding. Didn't get to check out the pool. Room DND sign Didn't work. Overall, I'll give it a 4/5. Wouldn't have a problem returning. »
