« It was good but upon arrival a dead roach was found in one of the bedrooms, a roach antenna coming from the top of the bathroom door downstairs , and the bathroom upstairs had a weird smell coming from the sink, underneath ALL the sinks were pretty dirty. There is no cleaning supplies, only a mop and a swiffer. But overall, was a good stay. »

« We had a great stay here over Christmas - the house was perfect for what we needed - three families, close to attractions, comfortable, lots of communal space but also a space to step away so it didn't ever feel too crowded even though there were a lot of us. The kitchen was really well stocked - far better than most vacation rentals - so we could cook a large dinner quite easily. The host communicated clearly and was responsive to all contacts. « We arrived to NewPort news around 2:30 and checked into the home on 245 Chapel St. @ 3pm. Once I got my mother and family members settled in my husband and I went to the other home 701 Smith St. without complications. My husband and I were not impressive about the neighborhood or the distance from the home on Chapel St., which they stated that the homes were walking distance; approximately 7 minute drive across the town. The home on Smith St. was nicely clean on the inside. We slept there...
