« The suite we stayed in really needs updating. The shower did not match the luxurious description on the website. The carpet was in need of replacement. I literally found a large, dead roach right by the foot of the bed upon check-in -- how was this missed by housekeeping? The tvs and remotes were very difficult to navigate and internet slow. I removed the top cover from the bed, as it appeared as though not washed and used sheets and a cotton blanket. The windows really needed cleaning and...

« The grounds are kept very clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly, from check in to the housekeeping! The pool area was beautiful. We enjoyed renting dvds and the kitchen area was well stocked.
I do advise to bring your own throw blankets so when your lounging on the couch you can be a bit more comfortable, but other then that it was close to everything! »
