Fully Renovated Peek-A-Boo Bayview Duplex-10 minuets from Downtown Traverse City
This completely renovated single level duplex offers 700 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an attached 1 car garage. The adjoining unit (which is the mirrored image) is connected via the garage. There are peak-a-boo views of East Bay from each unit.
Located only 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City and directly off of the TART trail which provides a walking and biking path into downtown Traverse City.
This is a Duplex where the units join via the garage. There is no dividing wall in the garage, so you will share that space with the other unit. Interior walls are divided by the laundry rooms. The space comfortably accommodates four people, but can accommodate five if there is a child (sleeping space is the couch which does NOT have a pull-out bed ). Renovation includes all new exterior siding, windows and doors. Interior has all new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout, windows, doors, and fresh paint. Kitchen has new cabinets, sink, butcher block countertops along with updated appliances. Bathroom has new vanity, toilet and bath/shower combo.

This lovely duplex is located only 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City and 15 minutes to beautiful Elk Rapids! We are located directly off of the TART trail which provides a walking and biking path into Traverse City. You can even bike from the house to Suttons Bay if you're up for the adventure! You can access many restaurants off this recreation trail. Bayside Market is about a 15-20 minute bike ride for reference. This duplex is less than 5 minutes from the North American VASA trail system which is great for mountain biking and hiking in the summer and cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing in the winter.
We are located in a commercial district with a mix of residential homes and businesses. You pull in off of US-31 into a drive with two smaller multiple use office buildings. Behind the businesses are residential homes where the duplex is located. Beautiful East Bay is just across US-31 along with a roadside park and a small boat launch. The TART Trail is just steps outside of our duplex where a 2 minute walk will get you to the new Stone Hound Brewing Company or the Bayview Bar and Grill is a couple minutes in the opposite direction. Or take the bikes provided and find many other restaurants and even bike into downtown Traverse City. That'sa Pizza is minutes away- great pizza and menu!
