Named after the nearby Elephant Rocks Golf Course, this neighborhood is a favorite for those who love the outdoors. Guests can enjoy a round of golf with stunning views of the San Francisco Peaks, then explore the trails, lakes, and forests that surround the area.
Located just a short drive from historic Route 66 and downtown Williams, you’ll have easy access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions like Bearizona and the Grand Canyon Railway. Best of all, the South Rim of the Grand Canyon is only about an hour away, making this an ideal base for day trips.

Getting Around:
The best way to explore Flagstaff/Williams and the surrounding Northern Arizona attractions is by car. While Flagstaff does have public transit and ride-share options, many of the area’s highlights—such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Snowbowl, Walnut Canyon, and countless hiking trails—are easiest to reach when you have your own vehicle. A car allows you to enjoy the flexibility of mountain drives, day trips, and exploring at your own pace. Streets are easy to navigate, and most destinations offer convenient parking.
Other Things to Note:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. What IS Covered (Eligible for Refunds/Rescheduling)
The following events qualify for cancellation or rescheduling outside of our standard cancellation policy:
1. Government-Mandated Travel Restrictions
✅ If a government agency issues a mandatory road closure or evacuation order that prevents access to the property.
✅ This must be an official order, not just a recommendation or travel advisory.
2. Large-Scale Utility Outages
✅ If a prolonged power, water, or heating outage occurs due to winter storms, impacting the majority of homes in the area.
✅ Minor disruptions or short-term outages that are common during storms do not qualify.
If one of these covered events occurs, guests may be eligible for a refund, rescheduling, or a credit for a future stay, at our discretion.
What is NOT Covered (Standard Cancellation Policy Applies)
The following situations are not covered by this policy, meaning refunds or rescheduling will not be granted unless they fall under our normal cancellation policy:

❌ Our team will ensure the driveway and main pathways are cleared before check-in. However, additional snowfall during your stay is not a covered event.
