« In the state of Arizona, especially during the summer months when temperatures are often at or above 100 degrees it is a save bet that if you are operating a rental property that Air Conditioning is a standard. No where did it indicate that this rental did not include Air Conditioning and the room only had a ceiling fan. When the pre-check-in information was sent it even discussed not setting the thermostat below 73 degrees. This was very misleading and beyond disappointing! »

« Pros: great communication & cleanliness Cons: 1. No bottled water & snacks though it was stated there would be2. Coffee station only had Splenda for sweetener3. Mattress was EXTREMELY uncomfortable 4. Mold in corner of shower5. Shower head is very low, I'm 5'3 & I had to squat under shower head6. VERY difficult to get into shower, it's also a bathtub with very high sides. Grab bars are not placed efficiently, I almost fell getting out.7. They want you to take your trash to the freaking trash can...

« Camping trailer was clean, but couch was quite warn, no towels in second bathroom, heat control for second bedroom was lacking and loud, no headboard and large gap between mattress and wall. »

« The pictures are accurate. I had plenty of space to cook for my family of 5. The main bed was firm yet comfortable. The Grand Canyon was 1 hr away. Safeway’s and Restaurants were near by. It was close to the freeway but little to no noise was heard. The park was very quiet, people were responsible. I felt very safe walking around. The grounds were well cared for. The shower clearance was about 5’8”. But there is a separate shower/ Bathroom area available. The air conditioning and heating worked...

« The place is a little hard to find, even google map doesn't kbow it exists but once you're there Bridget will do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as she can. »

« This is a charming efficiency+ unit - the + is a sweet enclosed porch with a nice view of the garden and trees and a comfy sofa. Babe was very thoughtful to ensure any traveler has a the essentials - soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, plenty of towels, a small fridge, microwave, coffee and tea, instant oatmeal packets, dishes, and even "go" cups to take a coffee or tea on the road. The space is clean and quiet. Babe and I didn't chat but I didn't need anything so it's fine. The bed is...

« The pictures in the listing may not be what you get. We were put on a second floor with outside stairs. Do not recommend with people afraid of heights or bad knees. The apartment was clean. The bed was very comfortable , window air conditioners only. Good parking . The outside furniture on the upper patio needs to have repairs or replaced. It was quiet, pet friendly. »
