The Space:
This unique apartment located at the Handelskade in the historic and vibrant city centre of Willemstad. From your residence, you will have a breathtaking view over the harbour, the Emma bridge, Otrobanda and the Juliana bridge. The Handelskade is one of UNESCO's well known World Heritage sites.

The apartment has all the necessary amenities for the perfect holiday or staycation on Curacao. The accommodation comes with a stylish decorated living area, open kitchen with top of the line equipment, a clean and modern bathroom and two fully air-conditioned comfortable bedrooms. Believe us if we tell you that you'll never get tired of this one of a lifetime view over the harbour and the ships floating by.

Apart from your accommodation you will have access our reception anytime. Here we can book tours, you could receive information about the area or the Island, or pass by anytime for a chat!

The Neighborhood:
Punda, together with Otrabanda, forms the heart of Willemstad. The history of Curacao is seen in both area's, with the Handelskade as one of the most known UNESCO world heritage sites. We are sure you will enjoy the place.

Getting Around:
Within walking distance, you find several shops, a small market, a barbershop, diving school, bars, a small beach, restaurants and other districts such as Scharloo, Pietermaai and Otrobanda. If you want to explore more of the island, we can help you with renting a car.

If you decide to rent a car, there is a free parking spot on a 5-minute walking distance. Parking at the street is also possible upon availability, and for a fee during business hours (approximately 1 USD per hour).

What a lovely place to spend the week around New Year! Punda with where all the action was and we didn’t even have to go downstairs, especially the New Year fireworks. On the flip side sleeping without headphones was impossible with all the fireworks, music etc. We lived vein in the thick of things with everything within walking distance.

What I like about it is the bed is comfortable, the beach towels, the nice great shower, cleanness, the view of the bridge, the scenic location, lots of good restaurants close by, the parking was okay by the old hotel but closed off due to renovation so we parked in the petermai parking deck, friendly people. What I don't like: The kitchen sink water faucet handle was broken, the window facing the bridge and behind the sofa leaking water(thunderstorm that night), the wallpaper filled with water under the picture frame, the clock needs a battery, the towel rack in the bathroom is loose on left, parking can be difficult, smudge marks on window, pillows were yellow stains all over, the rug in the front of the shower looks dirty, allowed me to use AC per day was 40kw if over usage they will charge for 0.60 per kW, it surprised me until I arrived to pick up the Apt key(you pick up at airport in Curacao) and sign the agreement(no choice). They said nothing about the over-usage(kw) when I booked online. No AC in the bathroom, so good luck. AC units in the bedrooms and living room and cooling(AC) me off only in the area where I sit in front of the TV and stove area I don't feel AC and Wi-Fi not working well in the Apt, especially the bathroom, and passed halfway kitchen. It can be noisy from the restaurant downstairs, playing loud music till 11 pm. The window behind the sofa was rattling when the heavy wind blew, tried to close the latch but had no luck.

City Center

Good city location. Fun to watch the bridge and street activity from the apartment. Apartment was clean and functional. Excellent walkability to shops, restaurants and markets. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant below apartment can be noisy but quieted down by 11pm.
