« This hotel needs a complete overhaul. I should’ve looked at the Google reviews and not just Expedia reviews. I would have noticed that there have been elevators that are not functional for over four months now. That’s ridiculous! All guess staying in the tower portion of this property must take a small service elevator that takes forever because everyone is using it as it is the only means of getting to the rooms other than taking the stairs. « We had a variety of problems during our two day visit. The shower had very little water pressure part of the time. We didn’t have a microwave until we asked for one. The bathroom light was very dim most of the time. The TV didn’t work properly half of the time. There were no plates for breakfast for several minutes. There was no orange juice the second morning. There wasn’t even a telephone in the room to call the front desk! »

« The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. « My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. When I contacted the property to resolve the overpayment/double charge, I was told they had a new system and the issue would need to be escalated to the manager. « The bed was very comfortable. The room as well. Bathroom very clean and efficient. Breakfast was decent. Good coffee machines. Could have had a carton or half and half dispenser instead of just Coffee Mate. We would stay again. »
