Our home has an airy and spacious living room, dining room, and gorgeous open kitchen. The master bedroom is spacious with tray ceilings and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom has two vanities and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower with glass block. There are two dual sliding glass doors in the kitchen and living room, which lead out to the lanai. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and beautiful cabinets. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and houses a stainless front loader washer and dryer with ample cabinetry. There is Italian porcelain tile flooring throughout the house. Blinds are on all windows.

The master bedroom has a TV and king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is a den with a comfortable pull out couch.

The house is equipped with a two-car plus golf cart garage (and new 2025 Yamaha QuieTech 4 seater golf cart!) and is located on a beautiful cul-de-sac in the Village of Osceola Hills. It is a short golf cart ride to the Burnsed and the Rohan Recreation Centers. The Belle Glade golf course and country club are just a few blocks away. Lots of other conveniences, including Publix, are very close too!

The house is fully furnished. Streaming cable, high speed internet, utilities, and lawn care are included for short term rentals.

Security deposit of $1000 is due at the time of booking; full rent is due within 7 days of booking, unless rental period is over 3 months.

*There will be a $100 charge from security deposit if any keys for house/golf cart, garage door openers and/or gate pass are missing or lost.

If no damage is done to the property, security deposit will be refunded within 30 days after lease ends, minus $250 for rental cleaning fee.

One small pet may be allowed, only upon consideration, with a $300 pet fee.
Resident ID pass is $50 for 2 people.

Rent based on a 2 person occupancy. Guests are welcome for short periods of stay.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
