Need to stay connected during your visit? The third bedroom has been thoughtfully furnished as a home office, complete with a desk and workspace—ideal for remote work or planning your next adventure. A full-size bed stored in the third-bedroom closet provides another sleeping option.

House Guidelines for a Comfortable Stay
To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following:
• This is a smoke-free and vape-free home to maintain a fresh, clean environment
• The property is designed for peaceful enjoyment — parties and events are not permitted
• Our Home allows for 1 dog up to 30lbs
• Guests are expected to follow all local laws and community standards
• Parking is reserved for standard personal vehicles only (no boats, RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles)
• The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age
Mail & Deliveries
For privacy and security, mailbox access is not provided. If you require mail service during your stay, convenient PO Box rental options are available nearby.
Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). We will process your ID's with The Villages so they will be ready upon your arrival, You will know that we have processed your ID's only when you have received an acknowledgement from this office
