This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom villa is located in the Village of Hillsborough, which is conveniently located within a mile of Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day in the sun or fun the Manatee Recreation Center is a short golf cart ride away where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, tennis and pickleball courts, and more.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your beautifully decorated home away from home. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a settee and 2 chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. There is also a separate grilling pad on the side of the home with a BBQ to enjoy cooking out with your new Villages friends before heading to town square to dance the night away!

This dog-friendly home comes complete and includes a 2 person GAS golf cart, GAS BBQ grill and WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses along with use of all recreational areas & clubs

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.
