You do not even need to rent a car but this is available very reasonably locally right in The Villages. The medical facilities are amazing and you are less than an hour from Disney World, hour and a half from Daytona Beach, or Clearwater Beach. 2 hours to Siesta Keys which is rated the #1 beach in the U.S. & much more.
