Parking: The property includes garage parking for up to 2 vehicles. One additional parking pass is also provided for the shared parking area, which has 11 spaces for 19 units and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Beach Essentials: The property includes 5 beach chairs and 1 umbrella for your convenience. We can also arrange the delivery of any additional chairs, umbrellas, or other beach essentials for an additional fee.

Comfort and Convenience: With four bedrooms, two primary suites, multiple living levels, and three private deck areas, this home offers plenty of room to unwind and enjoy time together. Two adjustable beds with raising head and foot positions provide added comfort, while the thoughtful multi-level layout offers additional privacy for families and groups.

Pool Availability Notice: Please note that pool access is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pool may be closed during the off-season, during periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to the property or community's operating dates and discretion.

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note that all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
