You have 4 bedrooms on the second floor and an additional bedroom on the 3rd floor. After a long day at the beach, wash off in the outdoor shower and relax in the heated in-ground pool or hang out on the covered porch in the front of the house! Don't worry about finding parking as there is space for 2 cars in the driveway.
