« The property is brand new and the rooms are spotless. I really enjoyed the shower and we had plenty of space. The only downside was that they only clean every three days or upon request. We were not told that though upon checking in although I was told that was going to change. »

« Our stay was great! Very clean and safe, which was great because I was very leary about staying in Portland. The room was great and the free breakfast was good, not amazing, but good enough. We recently decided to go back to staying in hotels, after staying in Airbnb's for the last few years, the quality of Airbnb's has declined significantly, so our stay at this hotel has reinforced our decision to go back to hotels. Great location and friendly staff. »

« Le matelas n'était pas très confortable, et la cuisine pas si bien équipé. L'hotel n'est pas neuf neuf. Le reste est très bien. »

« Le lit était très confortable et très grand même pour 2 personnes. Salle de bain un peu petite néanmoins, la baignoire est sympa pour prendre des bains. Super shampoing et après-shampoing aussi. Le café proposé était très bon ! Petit bémol : Les bouteilles d'eau payantes dans la chambre. Autant les enlever ou à défaut, ajouter un mini-bar. »

« Overpriced…but wonderful! This is the sort of place where absolutely nothing is included…not parking, not the thermal pools, not breakfast, so expect to spend quite a bit on top of the room rate. However, the rooms are luxurious and relaxing and the thermal pools are wonderful. I slept VERY well here. Overnight guest have to pay an additional $75 to use the thermal pools. »

« La chambre etais impeccable. Le personnel tres professionel. Tres belle hotel pour le prix. Le seul bémole etais qu'il n'y avait pas de café le matin .ni dans la chambre ,ni dans l'espace acceuil. Sinon j'aurrais mis un 5 etoiles »
