Cook in the full kitchen or order delivery from nearby restaurants. Soak in the tub, cozy up on the couch with a book or movie, or step outside onto the backyard with an outdoor lounge area. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax!

The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee maker and blender. We always make sure there is coffee, tea and condiments stocked for your convenience. We have brand new stainless steel appliances complete with a dishwasher and oven with electric range. Don't worry, the fridge also includes an ice maker!

Right off the living room are three bedrooms with a new mattresses and luxurious bedding. The primary bedroom is equipped with a comfy Queen bed and en suite bathroom (tub/shower combo). Bedroom 2 has a comfy full bed. The third bedroom on this level has a day bed with trundle. All bedrooms are light and airy and include closets and hangers.

The shared bathroom is a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. We provide shampoo and conditioner for your convenience.

The basement is just as special! Enjoy some family fun with a game of ping pong, try out the arcade games, or gather on the couch for good conversation. You will find 2 more bedrooms located in the basement; one with a full sized bed and the other a queen sized bed. Workout equipment awaits in the queen bedroom -- Perfect for an at home workout while away. Off the bedrooms you will find a full bathroom (walk in shower) attached to the laundry room.

Responsible pet owners are welcome! It’s just more fun traveling with the whole family. The backyard is spacious and fully fenced in. Please let us know about your dog when booking. We ask that you kennel your dog when unattended and to please keep them off beds and furniture.

You can expect a clean, fully equipped space, and responsive communication from your host.

Guests have access to the entire house, including the 2 car garage.

We allow pets to stay on the property under a few conditions.

First, there is a $30 per pet fee that must be paid up front.

All pets must be potty trained, house trained, and owners must clean up any droppings left in the yard.

Pets must also be kept in a kennel when unattended and kept off the furniture and beds at all times.

Any damage found after the stay will result in a fee equal to the amount of damage done.

** Please note, guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.

** We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.
