Stylish East side well appointed 3 bed, two bath home located conveniently to all East side attractions. Minutes from Bradley Fair, Town East Square, and a quick shot to Old Town or the Airport. Home is fully furnished with full kitchen, 2 full baths with a master suite and a third bed with bunk and office space. Wifi, Keureg pods and Smart TV for your streaming needs.

Perfect Local is a 3 bed two bath home located in a cute east side neighborhood close to shopping, grocery stores, downtown, the river, and all of the main Hospitals. This home has 3 bedrooms, two bath and has been updated nicely and is well furnished. Has parking for up to 4 cars off street in front of the home for 2 vehicles and on street parking in front of the home.

This property is very clean, roomy and had very comfortable beds. The linens/bath towels were high quality and there were plenty provided. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room to visit.

Rental had a significant odor to it. Could use a few days of an Ozone machine. Main bedroom only had 2 outlets not close enough to bed so could not plug in phones or CPAP. No extension cords or power strips to off set this issue.

The home was in a nice safe area, the perfect central location to Wichita and all of the big basketball gyms. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It had a small kitchen to cook for my team. Had a large dining table for everyone to eat together. The kids had a big TV to watch in the living area with plenty of seating. It easily sleeps 6 people, maybe up to 8 if you are creative. The air conditioning was frosty cold. There was a nice washer and dryer to keep our towels fresh all the time. Several nice parks with outside courts were nearby. We really liked going to play at College Hill courts between games. I had a question and the owner was quick to help me. I would recommend it. We stayed together, played together, and ate together, which my kids will remember as the greatest weekend. I would pick this home over staying in a hotel any day. Great location!

Met our needs

This is a basic accommodation. We stayed four nights but spent little time at the house as we were visiting family. So we basically needed beds and bathrooms. The kitchen has the bare necessities. Nothing fancy here but the price was reasonable..location was very very convenient.

The location was great. Check in process cumbersome. Key pad would not work. (Requested to check in early - didn't look as if there was a reason not too). No response from owner on early check in. Dirty coffee cup in cupboard. Food on carpet - not vacuumed well. Beds were fine. Clean sheets.

The house worked well for 4 adults. The bedrooms were good, as was the main bathroom. The kitchen wasn’t as well supplied as I’d hoped. It would be challenging to cook there, although the appliances were fine. The kitchen cabinets need some work.

Family weekend stay

The house was clean and spacious. It had all the basics we needed for a weekend stay with our young children. The location was residential and felt safe to stay and walk the neighborhood. The extra trundle bed was a wonderful surprise for more sleeping room!

Quiet neighborhood in east Wichita

This is an older duplex which has been mostly remodeled. It was clean with fresh paint and new furnishings. It had a slight musty/cigarette smell upon entry, but we got used to it. The beds were comfortable, although two of the bedframes were very squeaky. The AC worked and there were ceiling fans in 5 of the rooms, which was good as we couldn't open windows as there were no screens. There is a new washer/dryer in the basement. The wi-fi and appliances all worked. When we arrived there was not a towel in sight. After a thorough search we found towels in the dryer. There were no kitchen towels or dishrags. I would have liked to see more appliances such as a toaster, blender and some large mixing bowls. There is no electric outlet in the main bath. There are 2 lamps in the main bedroom; only one of them has an outlet to plug into. I'm wondering if this host is new at this, as the grass in both the front and back yard was about 8" tall and there was a mound of dirt and leaves at the front steps. It would have been nice to have a picnic table and chairs so one could enjoy the private back yard, if it was mowed. If you hear a loud noise, it is the sump pump. We were only able to contact the host via email. I reached out to him as soon as we checked in about the towel situation. The cleaning lady responded very quickly that she would bring some over, but she never did. I recommend booties on the kitchen chairs to avoid scratching the new floors and to clean the gutters.
