« This property was spotless! For one day of our visit, my husband went fly fishing and I stayed to enjoy being at the property. Our unit was near the parking lot and it was even so quiet on this day. In the dining area, there is peaceful music playing indoor and outdoor. So nice to have a refrigerator that is large in the room that can hold leftovers from restaurants and also food from your travel cooler. I highly recommend the McKinley Edwards Inn! »

« Overall we had a great time at this cabin. The pictures don't do it justice, it is HUGE. There was plenty of room for all 19 of us and the basement was amazing for all the kids. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! The porches were amazing, the hot tub was great and you could hear a stream somewhere off in the woods! So relaxing! We went on the Polar Express while we were there. It was about 40 min drive but it was an easy to navigate to...

« We really enjoyed this house and location. The view is beautiful and the location is private. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pots and pans and dishes. We wanted for nothing and everything was perfect. The company called to check on us and even allowed a later check-out. We were very happy with everything. »

« The Lodge had charcoal, lighter fluid, and lighter ready the grill; there were also firestarters for the fire pits; a Blackstone hooked up and ready to go; AC set nice and cold…etc. Very well planned for nobody around in the office our entire four days. « My family and I came to the area for a weekend getaway to take our son to ride the Polar Express in Bryson City and stayed at the Lodge for 2 nights… and I could say the stay was definitely not long enough! It was a beautiful and quaint little lodge that was tucked away in the wilderness!! « Cute and clean little cabin feel. We loved having the comforts of a place to land after a day of adventures. We appreciated the mini kitchenette for having some meals in and the outdoor amenities were amazing. We cooked some wonderful food on the Blackstone grill, and enjoyed the fire pit on the evening it wasn't raining. Lots of great conversations and company. « We enjoyed our stay very much and the location was great for us to be able to attend the outdoor drama “Unto These Hills”. The secluded environment and nearby creek made our stay relaxing. The cabin itself was comfortable and met all needs. We would recommend that a handle be added to the inside of the bathroom door, the pullout had some dog hair, and lastly it would be nice if the neighbors cleaned up their yard a bit.
