Welcome to Waterways No. 6 , a beautifully presented modern holiday home tucked away in a peaceful pocket of the Whitianga Waterways. With four bedrooms, two living areas and fantastic outdoor entertaining, it's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a coastal getaway with family or friends.



Light, bright and thoughtfully designed, the home features a sleek modern kitchen with scullery, a generous separate lounge and seamless flow to the covered outdoor entertaining area. Ducted heating and air conditioning keep things comfortable year-round.



The master suite offers a little extra luxury, with a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, and walk-in shower. Outside, enjoy landscaped grounds, an outdoor shower and fish-filleting bench after a day on the water. There's also a double garage and plenty of parking, including room for the boat.



Close walking distance to new restaurant 'Basker' and just a short drive from Buffalo Beach, Whitianga's cafés, restaurants and shops, Waterways No. 6 is a wonderful base for exploring the Coromandel.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
