In accordance with Brown County ordinance, all hot tubs and pools managed by Brown County Vacation Rentals are routinely tested, properly maintained, and fully compliant with local health and safety regulations. Each unit undergoes regular water quality checks to ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for every guest.

• The entire property is yours to enjoy during your stay
• Pet fee: $100 per pet (maximum 2 dogs). No cats allowed
• Pets must be pre-approved prior to arrival
• Please keep pets off furniture and beds and do not leave them unattended inside the cabin
• Firewood available upon request: $35 per ¼ rick
• Extra guest fee: $25 per guest per night (if applicable)
