"The room was very warn down. The wallpaper was peeling, the bathroom was dirty, the furniture was old and dirty, and the bed was hard as a rock. The parking was shady. We had to park in an area that had very poor lighting."

"The first suite we checked into was missing a TV. The carpet was torn and shredded in a large spot. Since there was no one on staff to do maintenance, we were transferred to another room.
