Pool winter hours will begin in September, with routine closures for maintenance and cold weather. You and up to 5 other guests can enjoy this lakefront condo with lake views, beach access, and community access to a pool, a hot tub, and a sauna!

Mountain Bay is a unique 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with a sleeper sofa and Murphy bed to comfortably sleep 6 guests. The main living area has a smart TV, fireplace, sleeper sofa and Murphy bed. The dining area just off the kitchen can seat 6 guests and makes a great gathering place for games with the family. The living room joins the open kitchen concept which is loaded with cooking equipment and utensils for those home cooked meals.

Just off the kitchen is the bedroom with a King bed and plenty of closet space. The bathroom is located just next to the main bedroom with separate access which has a walk in shower and single sink.

Mountain Bay Condo is located between Whitefish Mountain Resort and Downtown Whitefish! This condo provides private lake access and has it's own private beach area for guests only. Enjoy kayaking, boating, fishing and more right outside your front door! During the winter, world-class skiing at a family-friendly resort beckons you, and in the summer, you'll find hiking, biking, and a host of other activities available at Whitefish Mountain Resort and beyond. Mountain Bay is located a short drive to many local destinations including Glacier National Park and numerous lakes, rivers, state parks, hiking, and cross-country skiing trailheads.

Parking notes: Please park facing the building, taking up only one spot per vehicle. DO NOT park sideways (parallel) at any time.

Your vehicle(s) will need to be registered with the Bay Point HOA. There will be a vehicle registration form located in your condo for you to fill out when you arrive. Place it in the mailbox located outside the common building on the wall next to the HOA office. Any unauthorized vehicle onsite may be towed. One Bedroom vacation condominium are allowed one parking space, and two and three bedroom vacation condominiums are allowed two parking spaces. Additional cars can be parked adjacent to the Bay Point Office. No trailer parking is allowed without prior arrangements made with the HOA, this includes along Bay Point Drive. Failure to comply will result in removal or impounding at the owner's expense.

During the winter, snow removed on daily basis when snowfall is abundant, staff starts snow removal at 8am. Please move your vehicles to a plowed location onsite when you hear the snow plow in the mornings. If you need to leave your vehicle all day and are not onsite while plowing is being done, please park your vehicle in the common building parking area in front of or behind the building.

This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details: All boats, trailers & personal watercraft on Bay Point property must be registered with the Bay Point Homeowners Association before launching. Boat slips will be assigned upon completing the registration. Please use only the boat slip assigned to you. All boats & personal watercraft must be secured in a boat slip at night. For safety no boats or watercraft are allowed to be left overnight tied to the day docks for any reason. All boats & watercraft must be secured for the night in the assigned boat slip.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 6 guests and 2 vehicles unless otherwise approved. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No pets. No parties. No smoking is allowed on the property.

*IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING GLACIER NATIONAL PARK* Tickets must be purchased to travel on Going-To-The-Sun Road from May through September.

Very clean & comfortable! The views were amazing and the sound of the water was so relaxing at the end of the day. Comfortable beds! The only thing I’d say is it was a bit confusing on where to go once parked in the lot. I’d also suggest opening the instructions and details before getting there the cell service is a little sketchy until You get signed into their WiFi. We had trouble getting the emails & app open to get the instructions.

Beautiful Place Ruined by Construction Next Door

Place was beautiful, but heavy construction next door ruined the experience and cause immense dust layer to accumulate on everything from the heading elements to every surface in the apartment. Next door was VERY heavy construction starting at 8am with jack hammers and concrete removal. Add to that worker carrying concrete directly in front of our only window to the lake every 60 seconds and you get the picture. Vacay whitefish moved us to another lovely place the next day but we had to spend 4 hours moving everything again. This place should never have been listed in the first place. Make sure you chat with the owner to ensure everything is done. Quite frankly this was my worst rental experience ever. If the construction is done, this would be a great place.

Lake Oasis

This property was absolutely stunning! From the lake front views to the indoor decor and furnishings, this property was perfect. Will definitely be remembering this one for future trips. We especially loved the outdoor lounge for sunsets and early morning coffee reads. The inside was a great open concept floor plan that was easy to get in and out and very functional. Great proximity to downtown Whitefish. Thank you for having us!

Visit to Whitefish

The condo was a great place and was as described in the listing. Beautiful lake side access and the view was great. Easy and secure parking, Very NIce. We have visited Whitefish many times over the years. This trip we drove and hiked in Glacier NP, Rode the life and hiked back down the mountain at the ski area. Picked a bunch of Huckleberries!!!! Got on our bikes one day and road the local trails around town and the surrounding area. Topped it off with a great visit with some friends that live in town. Thanks for the very nice condo to call our base for the several nights we visited. Leland and Val Fischer

Lakeside

It was so wonderful to stay right on the shore of beautiful White Fish Lake. My son and his family live nearby in Kalispell. They brought their kayak and paddle boards over. My two grandchildren were like fish swimming and so enjoyed the dock, raft and the friendly neighbors let them use their lily pad. The property was comfortable and well equipped for simple meals and we loved dining out at the Lodge and some majestic hikes at nearby Glacier National Park. 5 stars!

Awesome Stay in Whitefish!

This condo was amazing! The location was only about a mile from downtown Whitefish, yet is was quiet and serene. It was equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay-plenty of kitchen items, high quality sheets and towels, and even a nice set of books in case you read all of yours! Our only complaint was that the pool was not always open during posted hours. Nevertheless, this was a perfect base for exploring Whitefish and the surrounding area.

Great getaway!

This condo was perfect for a week in Whitefish. The lake is in your backyard, downtown is five minutes away and Glacier National Park is a 45 min drive to the West entrance. The condo had everything we needed for just two people, but could be crowded with more. Overall it was a great experience!

Incredible little gem!

This property was everything we could of asked for. Amazing access and views of Lake Whitefish, very clean and well maintained, very responsive owner and property manager etc. Being that it's a condo, we COULD of have some unpleasant neighbors- YET every single person we met on our stay was so kind and welcoming to us. We can't wait to come back. Will definitely be booking again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the property. Very peaceful neighborhood, friendly neighbors, awesome deck for sunsets. Everything was very clean and kitchen was extremely well stocked with all the tools. We left a can of Bear spray from our day in glacier, hopefully the next guests don’t have to buy any.

Wonderful property!

The property was quite literally on the water. The location was convenient and perfect for our family. The condo itself was very clean and provided everything we could have needed during our stay. The neighbors we shared a deck with were also very friendly. Our only suggestion would be to add blackout curtains in the main bedroom! That MT sunrise hits early and strong. Thanks for a great stay and we hope to come again soon.
