You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 12 guests and 3 vehicles unless otherwise approved. There is a steep driveway to access the property and it is highly recommended that you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No smoking or fireworks. Absolutely no pets of any kind (this includes service animals) due to owners have a severe pet allergy.
