This gem is perfectly located just under a mile from Downtown Whitefish and the beautiful Whitefish Lake City Beach. This two-level house boasts 1,920 square feet, featuring an open floor plan with high wood beam ceilings. The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As you step through the front door, you'll be welcomed into the central living areas, which encompass the living room, kitchen, and dining spaces, each beautifully enhanced with wooden flooring.

Or unwind downstairs for a night in filled with games, or simply relax on the comfortable sectional while enjoying the Smart TV. This sectional conveniently converts into a queen sleeper, providing extra sleeping accommodations for your guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a 4-burner gas range. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to prepare delicious meals! Adjacent to the kitchen, is the dining area with seating for four.

There primary bedroom is located on the main level and features a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. Both of these bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom which has a shower and bathtub combined. Donwstairs you have another bedroom with a king-size bed and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Take advantage of the outdoor deck area, complete with comfortable seating and a spacious umbrella for shade. Fire up the propane BBQ and cook up some of your favorite dishes!

In the winter, downhill skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort provides 3,000+ skiable acres, 14 lifts with terrain for all skill levels and stunning views. The resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! There are plenty of other winter activities from snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ice fishing, hiking, snowshoeing and more. Of course, you'll also want to explore downtown Whitefish eateries and galleries and don't miss Winter Carnival with a parade and skijoring!

In the summer, enjoy all the water-sports imaginable at Whitefish Lake, or any of the 100+ lakes & rivers within 100 miles, including Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Getting around Whitefish and to Whitefish Mountain Resort is a breeze with the FREE snow bus! The snow bus is a free shuttle service during peak winter and summer seasons. There are stops all around town and on the mountain. Whitefish also has Uber, Lyft and Taxis. **This property is located outside of town so you will need to drive to the nearest stop**

Mid-stay cleanings are required for all reservations longer than 36 days. The first mid-stay clean is automatically included when you make your reservation. If your reservation requires more than one mid-stay clean, our Guest Service Team will reach out to collect the additional fees. Stay Montana will coordinate a day and time for these mid-stay cleans to occur to keep the loft clean and fresh for the duration of your stay.
