Welcome to Snow Village 9A, a stylish and spacious modern condo perfectly situated atop Quechee Ski Hill in the sought-after Snow Village community. This relaxing retreat offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms each with a tub, thoughtfully laid out in an airy, open floor plan that’s perfect for family vacations or group getaways. The living area features soaring cathedral ceilings and a decorative fireplace* with a brick hearth step in front, creating a warm visual focal point for the space. Above the fireplace, a large smart TV is ready for streaming your favorite shows or enjoying cozy movie nights in.
Up the stairs, you’ll find a versatile loft lounge with a sofa, its own smart TV, and a collection of board games, making it a perfect spot for downtime or extra guests. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and all modern appliances, seamlessly connected to the dining area for easy, relaxed meals together. The serene primary bedroom includes a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct access to the upper balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed, comfortably sleeping up to seven guests. Mini-split AC units keep the primary suite as well as the living and loft areas comfortable in every season, and baseboard heating keeps things cozy for Vermont winters.
Enjoy two private outdoor spaces—an upper balcony deck perfect for alfresco dining with seating for six, umbrella, a BBQ grill, and serene pond views, plus a lower patio with a cozy bench looking out on pretty backyard greenery. Renters can also enjoy the state-of-the-art aquatic center featuring an indoor & outdoor pool with an active kid's zone. In the winter months, Ski Quechee is our featured amenity. Open Friday through Sunday, take the family out for an exciting day on expertly groomed terrain.
