Step into the grand entrance hall of this newly renovated farmhouse, where the impeccable modern décor and high-quality finishes are blended seamlessly with a traditional staircase and a stunning stained glass window, persevering its original character. After a day exploring the outdoors, head straight into the utility/boot room, where you can towel-dry your dogs and kick off your boots. This room also has laundry facilities and a handy WC. From here, enter the fabulous kitchen, where the cook can create marvels using top of the range equipment, while others hang out at the island, where there are high stools for six people to gather round. A raised wood burner sits within a wall that partially divides this room from the snug, which has a long, squashy sofa and a Smart TV. Enjoy the sociable aspect of this semi-open-plan space, in which both rooms are warmed by the glowing flames of the wood burner. When you’re ready to sit down for a celebratory meal, head into the separate dining room, which boasts an enormous table as well as a bar area with two bottle fridges and a wine chiller – perfect for special get-togethers. Off the spacious hallway you’ll find the welcoming lounge, which offers entrancing views of the garden and rolling countryside. This room, filled with soft seating, doubles as a cinema room and boasts an electronic projector and screen which drop down from the ceiling. With an electric wood burning effect fire, this is the perfect spot for a cosy, chilled-out evening together. Completing the ground floor is an impressive games room featuring a full-size snooker table, an arcade machine with 9,000 games, a dartboard, and a Smart TV. A wood burner keeps the space cosy during colder months, while in the summer, you can open the double doors and seamlessly extend the entertaining area out onto the patio. A state-of-the-art Bluetooth surround system flows throughout the downstairs, with different zones for the cinema room, games room and kitchen/dining area. There is a Smart TV in every room of the house, including full access to Sky. From the dining room, a door leads to a staircase and a beautifully styled king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower. The remaining six bedrooms, all just as luxurious, with rural views and plush carpets, are accessed via the main staircase in the front hall. The family room consists of a double bedroom area, with en-suite shower, and a staircase leading to a mezzanine (overlooking the bedroom, but not the bed itself) where there are twin beds. Please note that there are also two shallow steps near the entrance to this room. All the other bedrooms feature en-suite showers except for one of the twins, which has use of an elegant family bathroom.
